I’ve posted less sap as of late not because there has been less sap in my life, but because so much of it is mine to keep. I love the fuck out of Jake and I love the fact that bragging about him on social media is simply supplemental to our intricate love.

this week I’m trying to cook three brand new dishes: potato+leek soup, sautéd pork tenderloin, and Vietnamese coconut pork.

kale recipe: gently sauté kale+ground meat (we use sausage but milder meats can be used) with spices in big pan with lid; when done, turn down heat, evenly distribute mixture throughout pan. crack 2 eggs per person over the top of this steaming pile, cover, and let the eggs cook to over-easy through steam. SO. FUCKING. DELICIOUS for any meal of the day
