anoteinpink:

well, i did it. i wrote too much for one google doc.

this is. this is perfect Kat. I am so proud. laughing so hard, oh gosh, it is not even that much, but also, it is SO much <333

KAT I feel really bad that I’m eating your gummy bears right now because I didn’t bring food and the cafeteria is closed. but I seriously bought them for you, I just couldn’t get to a post office in time :((( but you should message me because I would like to send you an alternative. please.

aaaaaa i’ll think about this k. except “court intrigue” i know already and that’s Age of Innocence. (yes it very much counts. the “court” is late 19th century NYC socialites.)

TOTALLY LEGIT I’m actually especially interested when it transcends genres yet still manages to capture everything just right, because that’s what I’m aiming for (ambitiously)

so is it a coincidence that both girls come from a book containing “Castle” orrrrrr

im just picturing a room full of pete campbells from mad men

not having seen the show but having done some research (google.com > pete campbell > images) the answer is yes, except that most of them look more like… lost college students. college students that accidentally came into a lot of money and have run around spending it with no real idea of how to pull together a coherent look. they top it off with either sporty or nerdy tees and then carry at least two phones apiece. it’s. charming.

Jake was laughing when I told him because “hahaha you totally could have gone husband-shopping if you hadn’t already been spoken for” and it’s like THANK GOD if this was my selection I would turn right around and gay it up all life long
