I wanted to let you know my roommate and I keep track of how well we adult on a daily basis. Often times we get excited and shout across the house, “You have no idea! I adulted so hard today! For like, three whole hours!” Then, we watch Disney movies and eat ice cream. Balance. :)
This is the best kind of life to have. My friends & I do the same. I get a lot of texts like “you won’t believe how hard I adulted today. You’d be proud of me.” And I am.
But I like the way you say “keep track” because I’m imagining a giant scoreboard in your apartment where you two compete to be the most adult.
