I went back and added that same fried egg picture to everyone in my contact list whose name makes me go >:P
now there are a bunch of eggs in my contacts. this is really great
I did a few unfollows today, without making a big deal out if it, but then I went and changed the contact pictures in my phone/account to be fried eggs. badly cropped of course. if they contact me again, even if I talk to them, they’ll show up as fried eggs. I delight myself sometimes.
I met one of my devs today, a girl I’ll call M (who had Gus hair!!!) who flew from India to talk to a few other teams and made some time for me, and we talked about our projects for a little bit, and at the end I told her how much I’ve loved working with her and her team, and she got all shy and goes…. “well…when we were doing the FIFA predictions, and I saw your lines, I was like, WOW! and then my manager told me I was working on this, and I asked who the writer was, and he said it was August, and I was like, YES!!” and it was so cute! I’m so lucky to work with the best people!!
