At 5:42pm, deputies responded to the 7900 block of Riverside Drive with a report of property damage. The reporting party said that a dog had entered his property and killed several of his chickens. According to the report, the canine owner apologized for the loose animal and wanted to pay for the chickens. The reporting party said that the apology was payment enough.
