I am so going to be one of those erotica/romance authors who constantly feels like she has to justify the validity of her genre to people who hold it in contempt. UM SEX HAS LONG BEEN THE BASIS FOR HUMAN EXISTENCE, not sure where you think the state of literature would be if it weren’t for the nasty; not saying non-sexual literature isn’t valid but good lord
