multiple likes are valid in my head. so it’s basically account management, which means I’ll be doing a lot of the same juggling/troubleshooting/documentation-ing/marketing/feedback stuff I’ve been doing in tech support, only I’ll get paid like it. mostly I’ll be dealing with clients we’ve already landed, asking them what they might need, getting their feedback from power users of our products, and generally doling out information such as details on new features and upcoming products. I’m actually really stoked! it’s not exactly a dream job, but it’s certainly a step up the food chain, and I’ll no longer be restricted to my desk and tied to my phone (as much).
