Toni was saying that she doesn’t understand why Captain Hammer would have one sweater vest, let alone four. I theorize that it’s a part of his secret identity. Which he is crap at maintaining. For one, he doesn’t attempt to conceal his face at all. But everyone just plays along with it, because he’s Captain Hammer and everyone loves him.
