Oh Gosh.
y’know, there is. I always find symbolism in things that I see or that happen, but I am terrified to share because usually it gets a polite chuckle at best. I had one friend, for a summer, who completely shared this lens on the world with me and it was a weirdly magical summer*. but since then I’ve just kept these symbolisms like little birds fluttering tiredly in my hands or heart.
*note that it was also a terrible summer.
