my personal writer’s creed. I don’t think these rules should apply to everyone – it’s just what I keep in mind (right now) when I sit down to write. of course, this is going to serve as a milestone, because a writer worth her salt keeps learning and changing, evaluating what comes in and tossing what doesn’t work right on out.
