Those assholes should have had<br \/>\nthe courtesy to die in a less grotesque way, so she can get some sleep tonight.\n<\/p>\n<p>Rahab sheds the grim thoughts and rests her arms at a<br \/>\n90-degree angle\u2014one pistol pointed at the door, the other at Tarsus. <i>Just in case<\/i>, she tells herself. <i>The old man could be bluffing.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>\u201cKin,\u201d Rahab says warningly, but he\u2019s already hefting Fray<br \/>\nso he can support her with one arm and crossing over to where Tarsus\u2019s cry came<br \/>\nfrom. Rahab groans and dances in place. She wants to split, wants to kill these<br \/>\nfools who attacked them and get back to Falcor, but she\u2019s worried sick about<br \/>\nFray.
