If I miss a single dose of insulin, I could literally die. The last time I didn\u2019t have insurance, I ended up in the hospital for a week with diabetic ketoacidosis. Basically, my blood was turning acidic because I didn\u2019t have insulin.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019d like to avoid a repeat of that! So I\u2019m asking for donations.
