\u201cI did not want to get involved with a rock star. No way. It is not a sane thing to do, but David changed my mind. He wooed me.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Not long after their first meeting, Iman had to travel to Paris. \u00a0She arrived to a hotel room filled with her favorite flower (gardenias) and a card from David. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>When she returned to Los Angeles, David was there waiting for her at the airport. Iman was sold. In an interview with\u00a0<\/span><em>NyMag<\/em><span>\u00a0Iman recalled, \u201cHis actions spoke louder [than words]. [\u2026] the doors open to the plane, and I come out and I see all these people taking a picture of somebody. And he was standing there, flowers in hand, no security. That was when I knew.
